"Last night we had the absolute pleasure of dining at Scalini’s, and it was an experience to remember. We ordered the lamb shank, the garlic bread, and the salmon, and every single dish was cooked to absolute perfection. The portions were really generous too. On top of the fantastic food, the atmosphere was just amazing. It’s a place that feels warm and welcoming, perfect for a family meal. And we have to give a huge shout-out to the staff member who took care of us, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. All in all, Scalini’s is a fantastic spot with amazing food, a great location, and a truly welcoming vibe. We highly, highly recommend it!"

"As soon as I stepped foot into this restaurant, my mood just instantly lifted! There was a lovely staff member to greet us and bring us to our table, incredible first impression. Not only that, the food was incredible! My personal favourite was the snapper risotto. There was warm jazz in the background and fairy lights, and much more. The staff, food, and atmosphere was just so fun, warm, and cozy. They even let my siblings watch them make pizza! 5⭐'s"

"This Italian restaurant is a little gem tucked away by the beach. I came in after a day of swimming for pizza. The owner (I think he was the owner?) was wandering around the tables, making sure everyone was content with the food, making jokes and overall making the atmosphere positive and bustling. Unfortunately the pizza bases were a little thin and almost tasted like tortillas? It was unlike any restaurant pizza we'd had before, but still not bad! The owner was so lovely about us not being too keen on the pizzas and gave us drinks on the house. I still enjoyed my food and it was clear the owner cared a lot about the service and perception of his restaurant. Service is definitely five stars."

"We went there to celebrate our anniversary. Before going, I checked the Google reviews. The rating was 3.9, so I wasn’t sure how the restaurant would be. However, I really wanted to try it, so we went on Tuesday night. Although it was a weekday, the place was quite busy with people enjoying their meals. We ordered an anchovy pasta (can’t remember the exact name), a seafood risotto, and a steak with cream sauce. The flavours were amazing, and for me, it was the perfect choice for our anniversary dinner. I even said it was the best Italian food I’ve ever had in my life. I like home-style cooking, and the food here really felt like Italian home food, the kind an Italian mum would cook. The owner of the restaurant was humorous, kind, and welcoming. I’d absolutely love to go back and try more dishes from the menu next time."

"Highly recommend! The pasta, steak, and garlic pizza were all delicious — full of flavor and freshly made. The owner was super friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was very family-friendly. "The food was delicious but I can’t help feeling like it was store bought. The parmesan was pre-grated, not freshly grated, the spaghetti looked like it was from a packet and the sticky date pudding was very generic. It was nice tasting but if they did those little homemade touches it would’ve made a big difference"
